Some employees do not take feedback well. It would be helpful to have more accurate planning capabilities for the resources needed to ensure pricing was proper for actual needs. Event categorization effectively identifies each event timeline and summary so that we obtain operational visibility while working with these changes. We can also add exceptions in our vulnerabilities dashboard and all items present in the exception list can be exported as CSV based on customer demands. **What do you dislike about FortiCNAPP?** At the initial stage, we had difficulties in setting up branch protection rules for our GitHub repository. Later we came to understand how we can enforce workflows for performing multiple pull requests which made it easy to regulate branch protection rules. We must rely on other solutions and communications with other departments to determine the validity of the alerts and warnings. At that point, they are usually false positives or non-malicious traffic. There is little flexibility to approve or white list traffic deemed non-malicious, and alerts will still be triggered. Our understanding is that this is an architectural constraint. **What problems is FortiCNAPP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The solution was purchased to help us determine legitimate vs. non-legitimate traffic on our network.
