How easy it makes managing my inbox. I can open Gmail, and my replies are already written for me and ready to send. I've been using it long enough now that it hardly requires any edits because it knows my voice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were a unified inbox in the dashboard that would allow me to draft emails across multiple inboxes at once. It looks like it's on the roadmap, but not done yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
