What do you like best about Forte Supply Chain Risk Management?

Secure Forte has been an excellent partner for our cyber resilience and vendor risk management needs. Their team is highly professional and agile, providing supplier security assessments with efficiency and depth. I especially value their flexibility in tailoring services to our organisation’s needs—whether for cyber resilience assessments or compliance audits across IT and OT environments.

Our experience with their cyber resilience audit was seamless, aligned with NIST CSF v2.0, ISO 27001, and OT10 controls. What do you dislike about Forte Supply Chain Risk Management?

The only area I raised for improvement was the platform’s user interface. While the functionality was solid, I felt the interface could be more user-friendly. To their credit, Secure Forte addressed this feedback quickly and updated the interface without delay, which shows their commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. What problems is Forte Supply Chain Risk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cyber Resilience Module:

The Cyber Resilience module has been highly valuable in conducting internal cyber security maturity assessments against multiple standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST CSF v2.0, and OT10 controls across both IT and OT environments. Secure Forte’s professional services helped us simplify complex assessments and compliance reporting, which was essential for meeting our contractual requirements with clients. This has significantly improved the efficiency and clarity of our reporting process, ensuring that we can demonstrate compliance in a structured and reliable way.

Vendor Risk Management Module:

The Vendor Risk Management module provides us with a systematic and efficient approach to assessing the cyber security posture of our critical suppliers. It enables us to conduct annual supplier assessments and generate customised reports that offer visibility into vendor risk across the supply chain. What adds extra value is the availability of real-time intelligence on vendors, including attack exposure, dark web findings, and other public intelligence sources.
