What do you like best about Forsta?

I really appreciate Forsta's robust feature set and the many customization possibilities it offers with custom Python scripts. It allows me to tailor an out-of-the-box product to fit my very narrow and specific needs by writing my own code. I also find their support team very prompt in responding to emails. What do you dislike about Forsta?

It runs an older and more locked down version of Python, meaning workarounds are often required. Also, as complex as the surveys themselves. Most surveys/questions were very straightforward, but the more complex ones (e.g., long lists split randomly over multiple questions for a better respondent experience) were more difficult. What problems is Forsta solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Forsta for end-to-end survey design and distribution, with quota management. It allows me to customize an out-of-the-box product to fit my very narrow and specific needs by writing my own code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
