What do you like best about Forsta?

A decent survey management tool that’s easy to customize using XML. It offers multiple data download formats, and the crosstab functionality is helpful for tracking. The quota system is useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forsta?

It feels janky on certain types of questions. When the logic gets too complex, it becomes hard to test properly. Also, there’s no direct functionality to download images that respondents have submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
