What do you like best about Formulayt?

The thing I value most is that it's the one tool I've actively chosen to bring with me across three different companies now. Native CRM & MAP integration means form data lands exactly where it needs to with no middleware or sync headaches, and the form-building is flexible enough to handle everything from simple gated content to more complex progressive profiling without needing dev support every time. It genuinely reduces the number of moving parts in the marketing stack, which makes my life in MOPS a lot easier. The team behind it is also responsive and actually understands the marketing ops use case, which you don't always get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formulayt?

Very little to complain about. The one area I'd love to see keep improving is the depth of self-serve documentation. Occasionally for a more advanced or edge-case setup I'd reach out to support rather than finding the answer myself, though to be fair their support is quick enough that it's never been a real blocker. What problems is Formulayt solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefit is mostly time and trust. I spend far less time troubleshooting broken syncs or chasing mismatched data, and the wider team trusts the lead data more because it isn't being mangled in transit. It also gives us much tighter control over consent and data capture at the point of collection, which matters a lot for staying on the right side of GDPR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
