The customization was great and the forms had the capability of being dynamic. When a user responds to a certain answer choice, it could present the next question live and this could apply to multiple different questions for different responses. It really created a smooth flow for the user. The output of this was clean as well in which the exported results were not confusing to read and had a similar flow to the survey itself. The only issue we encountered was that some responses were being deleted by an internal user. They were using the form responses as a request list and deleting once completed and Formstack had no way to recover responses (somewhat expected) but they could not tell us what user deleted the responses.
