"Flexible, Reliable Forms with Seamless CMS Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Formstack Forms?

I LOVE Formstack forms - I go way back - to the FORMSPRING days. I used them at the Queen Mary for every RSVP form, feedback form, and more, and at FOX Sports for every contest we hosted. It’s a very flexible tool that works across all browsers, and I’ve had zero issues integrating it across multiple CMSs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formstack Forms?

The tool is pretty awesome. That said, on the few occasions when I ran into issues implementing a form, getting help from support felt more complicated than it needed to be. It took multiple emails, and I ended up explaining the same issue over and over to different people. Overall, it wasn’t the best support experience I’ve had while working in tech. Hopefully they’ve improved that service since my last engagement with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Formstack Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

You have no idea how many different types of forms a webmaster ends up needing—RSVPs, Contact Us pages, contest entries, and more. It adds up fast. Having a tool that’s flexible and easy to use is really helpful, and it checks a lot of boxes when you need to build robust forms in a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
