  ### 1. Very simple to use, great for automating getting signatures

**What do you like best about Formstack Documents?**

Love how easy it is to setup and use. We integrate it with Kintone, which allows us to create documents that are sent directly to our customers to sign through AdobeSign. The whole process works seamlessly and we have never had any issues at all. Very happy overall with how it works.

**What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?**

Nothing comes to mind, at least not for us. We have never had any issues setting documents up and everything has worked well for us right from day 1.

**What problems is Formstack Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed an effective way to create and send documents out to customers for signatures, including Purchase Orders, Lease Documents, Delivery Confirmations and more. And by integrating with our databases and pushes data to Formstack, we can do that quickly. Once setup, it has never had a problem or not delivered our docs.

rich in features and support to other platforms integrations including both MS Flow and Zapier

**What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?**

unrelated to this product specificaly, but sister product of FormStack Sign currently only works and support US letter document only. that means any customers outside US like us, will not be able to bundle the experience of automation from formstack document to formstack sign.

**Recommendations to others considering Formstack Documents:**

if you are looking for document automation and data forms processing, FormStack is a solid contender for trial.

**What do you like best about Formstack Documents?**

Formstack has a great partner network and a great product team that has built a set of tools that have helped us automate our historically paper-based processes. The integration with CRM platforms like Salesforce has made the tool useful in helping us bridge the gap between where data resides and where we need to import it.

**What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?**

Sometimes, support can be lacking in areas where there are product gaps, but they have the right points of escalation and run a relatively flat organization, which allows you to directly communicate with key stakeholders to make changes and help the community of users stronger.

**What problems is Formstack Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The specific issues that Formstack Documents has assisted with are client onboarding, client feedback and fund subscriptions. These have historically been processes that take our teammultiply hours to aggregate data and process between teams. With the streamlineing of the process we now see less errors and more throughput

**What do you like best about Formstack Documents?**

I like that you can customize documents and that it is connected to formstack forms. We use this for internal and external purposes. I like that it is easy to integrate into other systems such as sharepoint, onedrive, email, etc.

**What do you dislike about Formstack Documents?**

It can be a bit hard to learn at first but with the new builder it makes it easier. On occasion there may be a glitch but that is easily fixed.

**What problems is Formstack Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitizing our forms for parents and staff. We have gotten rid of most of our paper forms.

**What do you like best about Formstack Documents?**

Fromstack is an invaluable part of our workflow for document generation. Its interface is user-friendly. Unlike other platforms we’ve encountered, it is quite simple and accessible, making it an ideal solution that doesn’t require extensive training for multiple users being added as team members.

One of the tool’s biggest strengths is its seamless integration with our existing tech stack. We manage a variety of software platforms and this syncs easily, pulling in data directly from our stack. This integration has helped add a lot of value to anxilery users.

The reporting included is great, but could have more detail.

Allows us and our users to streamline contract creation processes, save time and reduce risk through use of a central, single set of templates.

Formstack Documents saves my team so much time by allowing us to automate document generation. It's very user-friendly and I have not experienced the site bugs and errors that so many others have.

I only wish there were more tier options for documents per cycle.

Previously, my team would have to individually draft each document. Formstack automation allows us to spend our time efficiently to maximize billable hours.

Complex document merges can be a little harder to figure out and support was't available for more in depth document merges.

**What problems is Formstack Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Formstack Documents, replaces the slow and manual process of creating documents like contracts.  Manual processes are prone to errors, and with Formstack Documents. I'm able to confidently create my documents with my provided data without worry.
