What do you like best about forms.app?

I love using forms.app to collect feedback after my yoga classes and for gathering intake forms before classes. Thanks to the feedback I receive, I'm constantly improving my classes and my communication with students. I really like the AI Insights feature that tells me the big picture immediately and helps solve relevant problems, shows me what I can do better, and reveals how my students feel after classes. The UX design of forms.app is way better than what I used before, making it much easier for me to use. Setting up my forms.app account via Gmail was super easy and straightforward. What do you dislike about forms.app?

The thank you page customization settings might be improved. I would like to add gifs in the first page; however, it is not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is forms.app solving and how is that benefiting you?
