"Great for professional-looking forms"

What do you like best about forms.app?

The forms look really good, and you can create them relatively quickly. It’s nice that there are many native integrations and a webhook option for custom workflows. We automatically transfer the data to our own systems but also look forms.app’s own reporting for form summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about forms.app?

Not really a dislike, but it would be nice if we could get form result summaries as a report in scheduled emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is forms.app solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use forms.app to create registration forms for our event and request forms for inquiries. We tried a couple of solutions, but most of them didn’t look as good as forms.app. Those that did, were way, way expensive. So, forms.app helped us create professional-looking forms and get the data into our systems automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
