What do you like best about FormNX?

I use FormNX on about seven client websites, and I like that I can set it up once and it keeps collecting submissions around the clock. It’s a painless way to handle contact, application, registration, and conditional forms for different kinds of websites. It simply works, and I don’t have to troubleshoot it. I like the range of fields, including conditional fields and file uploads, and the simple, functional UI makes it easy to set up and embed forms on WordPress or other websites. FormNX sends email notifications when forms are submitted and connects with Google Sheets, where I can share submissions with clients. I can customize forms with each client’s brand colors and fonts, add recipients so the client team gets notifications, and keep track of submissions and leads. I also appreciate that the support team is responsive, friendly, and open to feedback, even though I haven’t needed to contact them for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FormNX?

The UI is functional, but it’s not as polished as some other tools out there. I think they could improve it a bit, though it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
