Utilizing the form builder is straightforward. The dynamic picklist options with the salesforce integration are excellent-- whether linking directly to a salesforce picklist so that the values only need to be maintained in sfdc, or using filtered lookups to return subsets of records from the specified object-- the flexibility here is great. This isn't a dislike, per se, but there's a bit of a learning curve for properly nesting Connector Steps and duplicating for multiple levels of lookups, i.e. a lookup with very fine criteria, followed by a more broad set of criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
