"Convenient Salesforce Integration, Clean Forms, and Helpful Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about FormAssembly?

I like how well FormAssembly works with the other things we use at work, especially how simply it integrates with Salesforce and does what we need. I also like that it integrates with our WordPress pages. The front-facing UI is clean and neat, and I find it intuitive and customizable, so I can make forms look the way I want. Making forms and connecting them back to Salesforce are both simple. It’s good for collaborating with my communications team, and the support from FormAssembly has been really good when needed. Other than some initial trouble connecting to Salesforce, setup was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FormAssembly?

The back end can be a little bit complicated, and we had some initial trouble getting it connected to Salesforce. Occasionally, I run into a small limitation, like not being able to limit the number of checkboxes. The connector back to Salesforce can also be a little slow sometimes. I’m not sure if that’s a Salesforce or FormAssembly issue, and it’s pretty minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
