What do you like best about FormAssembly?

I like that FormAssembly is its flexibke and seamlessly integrates into Salesforce. We use it for everything from event registration to complex admissions workflows, and the conditional logic and workflow features allow us to automate processes that would otherwise require a lot of manual effort. What do you dislike about FormAssembly?

Managing large workflows can become cumbersome, especially when there are many conditional rules. I would also like to see more detailed error messages to make troubleshooting easier. FormAssembly helps us automate admissions and recruitment processes while ensuring data flows directly into Salesforce. It has reduced manual data entry, improved data accuracy, and allowed us to quickly build forms and workflows to support changing business needs.
