Sometimes I have but only sent an email and I receive rapid response, often in the same day. You can't get any better than that. Pricing is also very attractive. Put those two together then add excellent logic and flow and I have the best performing Client Portal! **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** This is no downside in my opinion. I have yet to have any issues. **What problems is Formaloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had over a dozen forms that our clients used to submit orders. The problem was that they had to re-enter their personal information over and over. We ended up losing clients. Formaloo is completely solving the integration of a client portal for our clients. It's a one stop shop for them and that increases efficiency and client confidence. It also means less tiem trying to compile invoices as it is all done automatically. ### 4. The forms look great out of the box without me even having to touch design settings, but after applying my own ideas and mindset, the final result was clear, beautiful, and free of any distractions. I acquired it through an AppSumo lifetime deal and I'm so glad I did! The recent updates have made this app an excellent tool. The AI tool was especially amazing! I gave it a detailed prompt, including the questions I wanted in my form, and in a matter of minutes, I had a nearly-complete form. That would have taken me probably hours to format on my own before, so I'm loving the AI assist! You can use it for applications to private communities (one of the ways I use it), for surveys, for email marketing, for intake forms, and so much more. I've integrated the forms into my Wordpress website. It works well. It's easy to get the form results so you can take action on them. Because Formaloo is intuitive, I haven't needed to reach out to support so I can't speak to that. If support matches innovation, I'd have to assume it's good. **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** I don't really have any negatives to offer at this time. Formaloo has always served its purpose well. **What problems is Formaloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intake forms, in particular, are of increasing value to serve clients well. To maximize the time serving my clients, having them complete a form ahead of time to help me be ready to meet with them saves us both time. Formaloo is also a good way to send out proposals to be signed. D and S Designs sends out website and business advising proposals to our clients to be signed. They used to have to print it out, sign it, scan it, and send it back, but now, they can simply digitally sign, improving the speed of communications and productivity. ### 6.
