The rules engine is a huge time-saver in planning annual agendas for the Board, based on regulatory requirements. The minutes function is also terrific. The best part, though, is the customer service... through the roof! Very responsive, and special requests are always taken seriously and acted upon immediately. Our account manager, Carol, follows-up regularly, and devotes special time to training when necessary. This is a great tool, and a great company to work with.
