I value ForceFolks’ expertise in solution architecture and MuleSoft, especially their hands-on experience connecting Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud with SAP. They carefully plan for data consistency, operational exceptions, failed transactions, and error handling—not just the happy path—which gives me confidence in the integration’s reliability. Their work automated our data flow, cutting order processing from about two days to 3–4 minutes and bringing order and inventory accuracy to 99.6%–99.8%. My teams no longer spend hours on manual data entry or synchronization issues, and exceptions are flagged quickly so they can be resolved without disrupting the broader workflow. I wish ForceFolks had provided a clearer pre-project checklist to make discovery a bit more concise. Mapping processes and dependencies required significant involvement from several of our teams. A detailed list of the SAP endpoints, data dictionaries, and system dependencies to document, along with a matrix of which internal stakeholders were needed for each process-mapping session, would have helped us schedule our teams more efficiently.
