What do you like best about ForceFolks?

I appreciated that their architect questioned our initial ERP integration plan and explained the trade-offs before we committed to it. Those discussions helped us agree on a simpler approach.

What do you dislike about ForceFolks?

No major complaints so far. The audit and CI/CD setup went smoothly overall. A few minor bugs came up, but their team responded quickly and worked through them with us. They were also easy to reach when we had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ForceFolks:

Come prepared with examples of what’s going wrong and which problems are costing your team the most time. Ask them to explain the proposed approach, agree on priorities, and make sure the scope and cost are clear before work starts. We found the early architecture discussions useful. What problems is ForceFolks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We brought in ForceFolks because maintaining our heavily customized Salesforce setup was taking too much of our team’s time. Legacy Apex code made updates difficult, and changes to our ERP integration often caused problems elsewhere.

Their team refactored the code and set up a CI/CD pipeline. Since then, deployments have taken less time, and we’ve spent less time fixing issues after releases. It’s also become easier to plan new work without worrying about what an update might break. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
