What do you like best about Force24?

What I like most is the flexibility and range of tools available within Force24. It lets us manage campaigns, segment audiences, automate communications, and personalise messaging all in one platform. Being able to bring together data, email marketing, and automation workflows helps us build more targeted campaigns and streamline our overall marketing processes. What do you dislike about Force24?

The platform offers a lot of functionality, which can sometimes make it feel complex when you’re first setting up campaigns, journeys, or other advanced features. A few areas would benefit from a more intuitive user experience and clearer guidance, especially for newer users who are still getting familiar with the tools. What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Force24 helps us simplify and streamline our marketing activity, especially our email campaigns, which play a major role in our B2B marketing strategy. When I joined the team, the platform was already established and I found it easy to learn and adopt.
