What is most helpful about the Force Fleet Tracking System is the ease of plugging in the device and watching the unit become live on the web. The set up was quick and user-friendly as I was able to navigate the pages without confusion or difficulty. When I ran into an issue with setting up a unit, I contacted my account manager and the response was immediate. He went as far as to offer a discount on units that did not connect properly. Being able to review the GPS units on my phone allows me to know the status of our fleet in real-time. I frequently review the mileage accumulated, the length of time spent on a job site, and which vehicles require maintenance. The frequency of use is daily and the ease of integration into our daily operations makes it worthwhile. Most importantly, the monthly cost is much lower than other subscription-based services.
