What do you like best about Footprint Identity Verification?

It does exactly what we need it to do—no fluff, no unnecessary bells and whistles. The product is intuitive and easy to use, and their team is super responsive anytime we’ve had a question or needed support. It's been really reliable, which is exactly what you want from something this critical. We work in an industry (construction) where there’s a lot of suspicion and fear around data living online, and Footprint is a name we trust and feel confident sharing with our clients so they know their info is safe. What do you dislike about Footprint Identity Verification?

What problems is Footprint Identity Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?

Footprint helps us handle identity verification and data storage in a way that’s secure, compliant, and easy to manage—without adding overhead for our team. In construction, we deal with sensitive worker data, and being able to rely on Footprint gives us peace of mind. It also makes it easier to onboard clients and workers since we can point to a trusted solution instead of trying to explain our own systems. We both use their whitelabel onboarding solution as well as onboarding via API for certain customer flows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
