What do you like best about fonio?

Overall, we're very happy with fonio, both with the software and with what it can do. Our AI assistant works reliably and handles even really complex topics and requests. The usability is excellent: setting it up and changing it later is intuitive, and we didn't need a long learning curve to get it working the way we wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about fonio?

The only thing I'm missing is a built-in phone number option. Right now I need a separate SIP provider to get a virtual phone number, which I then forward to fonio. It would be great to pick a number directly in fonio from a major German city. For us, Berlin would be the first choice. That would make onboarding even simpler and remove one extra vendor from the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is fonio solving and how is that benefiting you?

fonio answers every call to our main company number. It reliably identifies real prospects and job applicants and screens out cold sales calls. Our existing customers and partners reach us through our shared Slack channel or our team members' mobile numbers anyway, so the main line is mostly for new contacts. With fonio, handling that line takes no manual effort from us at all. Nobody has to stop what they're doing for sales pitches anymore, and real leads and applicants still get a competent first response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
