What do you like best about Folloze?

I like that Folloze supports our eBay and Amazon stores as well as our physical retail shops by managing our pages, running ads, and attracting more customers. It's great for our marketing team and saves a lot of time. I appreciate its ability to create customized pages for our sales team, identify accounts that interact with our products, store and organize marketing materials like videos and documents, and track visitor engagement. The visitor tracking and engagement of content stand out the most for me, and I also enjoy the AI personalization features that create content and messages based on account intelligence and engagement signals. Folloze's integration capabilities, which connect our stores with Salesforce, eBay, and Amazon, are also quite beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folloze?

I find the integration with Salesforce to be a bit complex, especially as a new user. I initially struggled with the starting interface, but it becomes easier with experience.
