What do you like best about Focus Lab?

They were extremely easy to work with, detail oriented and understood our customer deeply. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process. What do you dislike about Focus Lab?

Really, we had no downsides. I guess it's a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and it is well worth it. I would go with them again in a heartbeat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Focus Lab:

Make sure you have someone on your team fully dedicated to working with them on the project. They are great, but if there is no owner within your company, it will slow down the process and you'll go around a bit in circles. This really isn't on Focus Lab, moreso on you as the client. What problems is Focus Lab solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company was growing fast, but we did not have a clear identity in the market. We had product, customers, and momentum. What we did not have at the time was a cohesive story or visual identity.

They helped us develop a brand, identity, and mission that actually resonated with our customers. A point of view we could stand behind that resonated with our team and our customers. They also helped us turn our vague ideas and thoughts into graphics, visuals and typefonts that represented us.

I credit a lot of our success to that work. We went from being the software company of record to the trusted partner our customers brought into their business. We stopped being the vendor at the bottom of a purchase order and started being the people they called when something mattered.
