What do you like best about Flywheel for Business?

In my eleven years using Strata, now Flywheel, I have found their Customer Service and Support to be the best part of the platform. Our Flywheel Account Representative has always been responsive and able to solve my issues. Flywheel's functionality is in line with our Agency's needs as it relates to planning, buying, trafficking, reconciliation, and reporting for our many media channels. What do you dislike about Flywheel for Business?

There is no direct link or data feed from Flywheel into our Agency's ERP, Advantage. A lack of continuous synchronization between Flywheel and Advantage has historically caused occasional glitches. The issue is not major; it simply requires more staff training to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flywheel for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?
