What do you like best about Flxpoint?

We went round the block looking for marketplace software as we have some really complex and niche requirements and having tried a few this one is far and away the best designed and most customisable. It can accommodate extremely complex workflows and every time we threw a different problem at them their support team were more than equal to the task, even during the prospecting stage before we'd signed contracts. Particular shout out to Justin our account manager who was on hand every time we needed him and was able to support us with some really innovative solutions to our more bespoke workflows. What do you dislike about Flxpoint?

By design, the software is complex and customisable so you have to bear this in mind when signing up. If you want one-click installs and a super simple interface, this probably isn't for you. You'd be better off sacrificing some of the advanced functionality for a simpler product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flxpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?
