Fluid Topics played a significant role in helping us scale our customer documentation at Darwinbox. We were able to continue authoring content in the tools our writers were already comfortable with while using Fluid Topics as a central platform to aggregate, organize, and deliver a modern self-service experience. The implementation was straightforward, the search experience was excellent, and the platform gave us the flexibility to build a branded knowledge portal without changing our existing documentation workflows. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Fluid Topics. Like any enterprise platform, there is a learning curve when configuring advanced capabilities, but the documentation and support team were always available to help. Fluid Topics helped us solve two key challenges: scaling our product documentation without increasing operational effort, and delivering a much better self-service experience for our customers. We were able to aggregate content from multiple sources into a single, searchable knowledge portal while allowing our writers to continue using their existing authoring tools. This significantly improved content discoverability, reduced friction for customers looking for answers, and enabled our documentation team to publish and maintain content much more efficiently as the business scaled.
