What do you like best about Flowella?

What I like most about Flowella is how easily we can incorporate WhatsApp into our wider marketing campaigns. It allows us to engage with our members and supporters through a different channel, using messages that include images, videos and clear calls to action.

The support from the Flowella team has also been excellent. They're always responsive, approachable and happy to help whenever we have questions or encounter any issues. What do you dislike about Flowella?

We've experienced a few technical issues along the way, particularly with video messages not displaying correctly across different devices. This has occasionally meant additional testing before launching campaigns. However, the Flowella team have always been quick to respond and willing to investigate and resolve any issues, which has been really reassuring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowella solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowella allows us to use WhatsApp as an additional communication channel alongside our existing email marketing activity. It's particularly useful for reaching our members and supporters with important campaign updates, fundraising appeals and membership opportunities.

Being able to integrate WhatsApp into our Customer.io workflows also helps us create more personalised journeys and communicate with our audiences through different channels, rather than relying solely on email and other channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
