What do you like best about Flowdeal?

What I like most about Flowdeal is its laser-focus on what small and medium businesses actually need. It doesn't overwhelm you with hundreds of complex features that you will never use. The interface is lightning-fast and highly intuitive, meaning our sales representatives actually enjoy using it every day rather than treating CRM data entry as a boring chore. What do you dislike about Flowdeal?

While the desktop platform is flawless, the mobile experience feels a bit more limited in comparison. It works perfectly for a quick check on client notes or viewing the pipeline on the go, but performing heavy administrative updates or deep customization is much easier done on a computer. What problems is Flowdeal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main issue was that customer interaction histories were trapped in individual email inboxes and notebooks. If a sales rep was away, nobody knew the status of their leads. Flowdeal solved this by centralizing all communication, emails, and notes. The benefit is total team alignment; we can seamlessly cover for each other, and our customer experience has dramatically improved because we always have the full context."
