"Best Tool to get the visibility of your team"

What do you like best about Flowace?

I’ve been using Flowace for both sales and operations, and it has genuinely helped us get real visibility into where our team’s time and effort is going. Earlier, we were relying mostly on assumptions and manual tracking, which left a lot of gaps. After implementing Flowace, we started identifying which processes were actually consuming time, which deals were getting delayed because of follow-ups, and where internal coordination was slowing things down.

Because of this visibility, we were able to make a few quick operational changes that led to faster response times and better alignment between the team. What I really like is that it doesn’t just track — it gives us clarity to take corrective action. What do you dislike about Flowace?

I’ve been using Flowace for both our sales and operations workflow, and it has made a noticeable difference in how we track performance and accountability. Earlier, a lot of our decision-making was based on guesswork — we didn’t have a clear picture of where the team’s time was actually going or which tasks were creating bottlenecks.

With Flowace, we finally got that visibility. It became much easier to understand what’s driving outcomes, where delays are happening, and what needs immediate attention. The reporting dashboard is something we rely on heavily now — it’s clean, detailed, and gives you real insights instead of just raw data.

Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike so far. The insights we get from the reports alone have helped us restructure a few internal processes and improve efficiency without micromanaging anyone. What problems is Flowace solving and how is that benefiting you?
