This can be seen in it's click-not-code approach to version control, You don't need to be a developer to understand and use it. That it integrates directly into Salesforce helps make it feel less daunting to admins who might not have had any previous experiences with version control, not to mention more secure since none of your data leaves the force.com platform. From a more technical point of view I appreciate that Flosum supports Salesforce component types making it easy to merge changes, has seamless integration with Github and Bitbucket (Both witch I use regularly), and that the feature branches carry the complete information for destructive changes. **What do you dislike about Flosum?** For my purposes their really wasn't anything that I disliked. **What problems is Flosum solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit for me was that it sped up merging. ### 4. Easily Sync org and deploy it within time. Also, it would be more helpful with CD where you can sync with source org, get the latest code, update it, push to branch and ready to deploy. They have also approval process where each developer can change their code by getting the latest code, push source code, send for approval, once the manager approves it, it will be ready to deploy. It is very critical such as us separated in different counties and timezones. We implemented the solution a few months ago and are loving it so far. Our Customer Success Manager was great with set up and training. Love that it integrates with bitbucket, but the Flosum version control functionality has been awesome - especially the ability to mergf lightning components. Like that you can track destructive changes. Filtering metadata components for deployment is super easy. Love the deployments page and Impact Analysis Feature. I have been using changeset since long and have also used Ant migration tool. For me changesets are easy to use but complex to manage whereas ant migration is bit complex to use but easy to manage.
