Additionally, if you move a folder (ex: ABC folder) from one binder (ex: Active) to another binder (ex: Inactive) the dates of everything inside that folder change to a current date. So it becomes even more confusing to realize how those attachments are connected to that original email. I love the many ways I am able to upload documents into Florence: scanning into emails and importing from email, printing to the E-Binder Printer, and dragging and dropping files. I also love how easy it is to set up folders and organize the documents. Other great features are: the ability to redact information, highlight, timestamp and add text to a document while retaining the original. I like how easy it is to delete a document or move the document if erroneously put in wrong folder. **What do you dislike about Florence eBinders?** The only complaint I have is the short amount of idle time-out period that the application allows. Ex. I am a site user, and the sponsor sent the DOA to collect signatures.
