What do you like best about Florence eBinders?

Florence makes collecting and organizing confidential source documents a breeze. I love the many ways I am able to upload documents into Florence: scanning into emails and importing from email, printing to the E-Binder Printer, and dragging and dropping files. I also love how easy it is to set up folders and organize the documents. Other great features are: the ability to redact information, highlight, timestamp and add text to a document while retaining the original. I like how easy it is to delete a document or move the document if erroneously put in wrong folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Florence eBinders?

The only complaint I have is the short amount of idle time-out period that the application allows. It would be nice if the time were longer, so I wouldn't have to log in so often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Florence eBinders?

Digital files are much easier to manage, and Florence is easier to use than any of the other software products we piloted. Since implementing, we have had excellent customer support and response to our feedback. Part 11 compliance is the number one reason we have been able to implement and continue to get support from our site. Monitors love it, and it allows for excellent quality control. What do you like best about Florence eBinders?

eSignature feature is outstanding and has improved user workflows quickly.

What do you dislike about Florence eBinders?

Role configurations. If additional role configurations are made to an existing role, they should automatically apply to all binders and individuals that have been assigned that role previously. Also, the download function creates additional steps. Ideally, users should be able to view and print from the document viewer screen. I know Florence is working to improve this feature.

I hope Florence continues to invest and support the new middleware changes to integrate with other systems. It was helpful when sites had the capability to support corrections on our own and escalate when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Florence eBinders?

Florence eBinders fills a significan gap in research document management within the research industry. This product actively provides tools that are industry specific that supports the unique and complex dynamics of a document associated with a clinical research trials. The tool is flexible for adapting to multiple type of users of a single system and is strait forward in how to set up and implement. When you run into an issue, the support team is prompt in addressing your concerns and challenges. What do you dislike about Florence eBinders?

My least favorite thing about Florence is the saving of emails with attachments, and how they are broken apart from the email into several documents. Additionally, if you move a folder (ex: ABC folder) from one binder (ex: Active) to another binder (ex: Inactive) the dates of everything inside that folder change to a current date. So it becomes even more confusing to realize how those attachments are connected to that original email. Ideally I would love it if the attachments could stay connected to the email or at least keep the same name of the email in which it is related to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
