What do you like best about Florence eBinders?

Digital files are much easier to manage, and Florence is easier to use than any of the other software products we piloted. Since implementing, we have had excellent customer support and response to our feedback. Part 11 compliance is the number one reason we have been able to implement and continue to get support from our site. Monitors love it, and it allows for excellent quality control. What do you dislike about Florence eBinders?

Florence is very customizable, so it takes a lot of work for setup and to create our site templates. It is an ongoing process. It takes regular oversight and management, and that is time and resources spent by our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
