I find it easy to reconcile balance sheet accounts in FloQast. It pulls live data from our ERP, and preparers and reviewers can sign off on reconciliations. I like that I can add checklist items or remove them and switch assignees easily. The checklist items provide proof of controls, which auditors love, and I can link support directly in FloQast. The variance analysis pulls in live GL data, shows which vendors and customers are driving changes between periods, and lets account owners prepare flux analysis when they sign off on reconciliations, instead of running reports out of our ERP. FloQast AI agents are easy to set up and help prepare some balance sheet reconciliations, cutting hours of manual work from our month-end close. FloQast also helped with implementing the agents. It integrates with Google Suite and Sage Intacct, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FloQast support doesn’t always have the answers I need right away, and things often have bugs when they’re rolled out. For example, after a refresh, variance analysis can pull incomplete data from the GL, so the numbers I’m trying to explain don’t make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
