What do you like best about FloQast?

I value FloQast's standardized month-end close checklist functionality, which is perfect for our busy quarterly tax-filing cycle. It lets us assign reconciliation tasks to our tax-prep team and clearly mark completed audit evidence, eliminating messy manual spreadsheets. Its overdue-task alerts are great for keeping our team aligned on client closing work. FloQast brought centralized close-task tracking we badly needed, greatly improving our workflow. What do you dislike about FloQast?

FloQast lacks built-in templates tailored for small-business tax-filing workflows. During our busy quarterly tax cycle, we cannot auto-populate tax-specific task lists for our client engagements. It also offers no native connection to our CRM, so client contact details cannot flow over automatically. Since our firm has no dedicated IT staff, building custom connectors is out of reach. We must manually input records, which introduces human error risk while we work against strict regulatory deadlines for audit packages and monthly tax submissions.
