What do you like best about Float.com?

Ease of use, I can change everything I need very fast, and also on the mobile. I have also recommended we use float throughout my company as not all markets are using it currently. The user experience is really intuitive, and so far I have not experienced any performance issues. I do not have a view on the pricing my firm pays, so I cannot comment on the ROI. I have not used support as onboarding was super easy and intuitive and likewise I did not need to use any of the AI features as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float.com?

I do not have anything which I dislike regarding float, if I had a view regarding the pricing I could comment on if it is worth it. However, this solves so many staffing issues, being able to quickly see who is staffed on what at a glance and also seeing if we have any available resources. What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Float is giving me a view on what colleagues are working on and where. So that I can quickly see who is available. Previously we were really struggling with staffing visibility, but now since we use float we get an instant clear view on who is doing what for how long, hence I have greater visibility on which colleagues I can staff later down the line.
