Flo Recruit is extremely user friendly and I love that I am able to track candidates seamlessly using the ATS. I am also able to pull reports when needed. It is invaluable for both entry-level and lateral recruiting. I also use the events feature, which allows me to track candidates we meet at various events on campus.
