What do you like best about Flickly?

The process was quick. I spoke to Nikhil once, then shared the draft questionnaire I had in mind, and Nikhil and his team picked it up from there. They sent back a refined version, I suggested a few edits, and once everything was locked, it went live. The answers were completed and shared with me within the promised time frame. We were able to get answers to all my target questions by wording the questions smartly to avoid bias. They also created a report deck, which is what I refer to most. What do you dislike about Flickly?

What problems is Flickly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I approached them with a rough hypothesis, and only later realised that my original problem statement was biased. The Flickly survey, backed by clear data points, helped me uncover a part of the business I had completely overlooked. It also made it easier to decide where I could cut corners and where it was worth investing. As a fashion brand owner, it gave me the confidence to choose which silhouettes work for my TG, what fabric claims they look for, and the right price points, among other things.
