What do you like best about Flexprice?

I like that Flexprice is straightforward and mature in how it handles plans and entitlements, which I find quite rare at this stage of a company. I would highly recommend it to others due to its robust APIs and seamless integration. It fits well with other third-party systems, handling subscriptions, plans, and usage metrics robustly. I also appreciate their proactive support team, who helped me through the initial setup confusion by being active in the Slack community and even hopping on a call. What do you dislike about Flexprice?

I wish Flexprice was more out of the box features for API-first users, companies who primarily sell API. I think there needs to be a little bit of hand holding or guidance provided but one can get those functionalities anyway with Flexprice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flexprice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Flexprice to manage customer plans seamlessly without manual work. It lets customers pay online and start using the software automatically. It helps me build features from usage events and metrics it captures, solving plan management efficiently.
