What do you like best about Flexopus?

What I like best about Flexopus is the excellent balance between functionality, usability, and customer support. The platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and makes workplace management effortless for both administrators and users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexopus?

Overall, my experience with Flexopus has been very positive. The only issue we have encountered is a scheduling bug that prevents users from booking workspaces on Fridays when making reservations approximately 15 days in advance. While this has caused some inconvenience, the impact is relatively minor compared to the overall value of the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flexopus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flexopus solves a critical workplace coordination challenge for us. Our office has significantly fewer desks and parking spaces than the total number of employees who may attend on-site. With approximately 200 potential office users and only 70 parking spots, Flexopus provides a simple and transparent way for employees to plan their attendance and reserve resources in advance.

The platform has eliminated the need for a dedicated person to manually coordinate desk and parking allocations, reducing administrative effort and potential conflicts. As a result, we can operate a hybrid workplace efficiently, maximize the utilization of available resources, and provide employees with a much better office experience.
