In comparison to other job-seeking websites, FlexJobs is quite expensive. FlexJobs should also do more to advertise the features of their website that are beneficial for remote employees that are not actively seeking new opportunities (i.e. news about remote work). What problems is FlexJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?

FlexJobs is beneficial to both an employee and employer. For the employee, it opens up a structured world for the remote work force. For the employer, it provides targeted job advertisements to serious candidates with an intent to work in a remote setting. As FlexJob charges its end users (the job seekers), employers have more assurance that candidates are serious, familiar with remote work, and likely more qualified than candidates from the larger, less targeted job-seeking websites.
