What do you like best about Flexera?

I like Flexera’s software optimization, asset discovery, and reporting capabilities. It gives me better visibility into software usage, resource allocation, and license compliance, and helps me find cost-saving opportunities and manage software costs. I appreciate the automatic data collection and analytics because they reduce manual work. The reports and dashboard make IT information easier to understand and act on, and help me make faster, more accurate decisions. Flexera also makes license compliance simpler and helps me manage software assets and monitor licenses more easily once setup is complete. What do you dislike about Flexera?

I think there’s still room to improve customization, especially for the dashboard and reporting flexibility. The initial setup and integration with our existing setup took time, and configuring everything correctly and understanding some of the advanced features also took time.
