What do you like best about Flexera One?

The custom Power BI integration is a standout feature for me. I've built several dashboards using DAX queries to create calculated fields and metrics specific to our reporting needs, and the flexibility to shape exactly what stakeholders see — without extra noise — has been really valuable. Beyond the custom side, Flexera's built-in AI-driven dashboards are also strong out of the box, surfacing cost trends, usage patterns, and optimization opportunities without much manual digging. Between the two, we can cover both quick, high-level visibility and deep, tailored analysis depending on what the audience needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexera One?

The main friction point is turnaround time on data refreshes — new usage or cost data doesn't always show up as quickly as I'd like, especially compared to some other tools I've used. Also, getting more advanced reporting usually means investing time in custom Power BI work or policy setup rather than pulling it from a ready-made template. It's a worthwhile tradeoff for the flexibility you get, but it does mean a steeper upfront lift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flexera One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before this, cloud cost visibility and governance were scattered and hard to act on tools I'd used previously, felt clunky and made it difficult to get clean insights. Flexera One consolidated that into one place, and the support team has been genuinely responsive whenever we've run into configuration questions or wanted to push for a specific enhancement.
