What do you like best about Flex Surveys?

It makes all difference in simplifying how data is collected on all questions we have to improve our organization's image and reporting of the same data. Great enough this tool has an intuitive user interface and it is multilingual making its usage totally simplified. In true sense, we create surveys using this tool within a few minutes, and we do that by just modifying their base survey that has all features as a template. Their dedicated survey consultants work with us from the beginning up to analysis of results. We always have a choice on how we want our survey to go live, and we can choose either to go public or by invitation only. We are able to send survey invitations by email and also by providing a link on our website depending on our target audience for that specific survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flex Surveys?

It is great at bringing the insights but it can't analyze data for us as it doesn't know our organization culture. We still need to analyze the data ourselves and bring out conclusions of which with added artificial intelligence this tool could do it on its own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Flex Surveys:

Flex Surveys removes the need for expensive consultants as it brings all the necessary data through its employee engagement surveys. Customization is very easy and there is full support from survey creation to reporting of results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flex Surveys solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get all important information with ease without the need for special expensive consultants and without much hard work as all the processes are done by the Flex Surveys team and they just hand over all the collected data to us for analysis.
