I like how easy Flex Rent is to use. Splitting my rent payment into two parts instead of one is a feature I really appreciate. It allows me to have money left over at the beginning of the month. I also value the credit reporting feature, as it reports to all three credit bureaus and shows that I make on-time rent payments every month. I'm not too happy about the service fee going up, and now they're asking for my bank account information, which is a problem for me since I only have a prepaid checking account. I don't actually have a checking account number and routing number to give, so I'm unsure about how this new requirement will affect my use of the service.
