The intuitiveness and flow of the software.

First the Dashboard. It provides a Big Picture Snapshot of our operations. Not only does it provide numerical data but a visual representation as well.

Then it allows us to click through any areas of our predesignated KPI’s or trends that we deem as red flags.

For example.. MAINTENANCE CPM, % increase from last month or month before, etc

Then, we can drill down to the specifics- which truck unit number, which trailer, who was the unit assigned to, what type of repair, was it parts, labor, etc..

And we even have the ability to track the expenses via work orders and / or Purchase for parts. The cross referencing is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dislike is too strong of a word.

I would like the adding of parts/ parts catalog to be more intuitive. But once established, the cross referencing and inventory tracking is solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
