What do you like best about Flashcloud?

Definitely the support I get. Real people, quick responses, and answers that actually address what I asked rather than pointing me at a generic article. What do you dislike about Flashcloud?

Recommendations to others considering Flashcloud:

If you're hesitant to switch because you're worried about the migration, don't be. They handled mine end-to-end with zero downtime, and I expected at least some disruption. What problems is Flashcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reliable hosting with responsive support. My previous setup had recurring uptime issues and support that felt like being handed off to a knowledge base instead of an actual person. Since moving to FlashCloud, I haven't had a single uptime issue, pages load noticeably faster, and when I have a question I get a helpful answer from a real person.
