What do you like best about Flamingo Resident Engagement Platform?

I find the Flamingo Resident Engagement Platform very intuitive, especially as someone who is not very tech-savvy. Its intuitive nature makes it easy for me to navigate and perform tasks without any frustration. I also appreciate the excellent, responsive customer service that Flamingo provides, which has been extremely helpful in addressing any issues I face promptly. Having direct contact with a representative like Ricardo, who has been super helpful and patient, reinforces this positive experience. The platform offers a quick and easy way to communicate with residents, which is much more efficient than using email that often gets lost in the shuffle. Additionally, I value the feature that allows for easy booking of reservations, simplifying the process significantly. The initial setup was facilitated greatly by Flamingo's provision of training sessions, which was very helpful in getting me started comfortably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
