I value Fitnet Manager's integrated appointment calendar and built-in case note editor the most. It lets our team quickly arrange family mediation sessions and jot down intervention observations in one place. I also find its internal staff calendar sharing really practical. Therapists can view each other's schedules to coordinate joint family counseling sessions easily. Automated appointment reminders lower no-show rates, and basic access controls help limit who can view sensitive client information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Custom case documentation templates tailored for family therapy are limited. There is no straightforward way to auto-format exports to meet GDPR and German Psychotherapy Act archiving rules. Fine-grained access permissions for partial client records could be stronger. Constant manual editing of exported session files creates extra admin work before official case archiving. I still reformat exported client records to fully satisfy GDPR documentation standards and the formal filing requirements of the German Psychotherapy Act. The system lacks preconfigured export formats, forcing me to restructure files regularly to fulfill these documentation standards. There’s no seamless sync between the system and our encrypted cloud storage platform, requiring manual verification for every file transfer. We spent significant time building custom fields to ensure records align with GDPR rules for secure client data handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
